The Anxious Bird aims to increase community acceptance of Anxiety Disorders and other mental illnesses, by raising awareness and providing support. It does this by guiding, educating and prompting your awareness of yourself and others, who are tiring of the long flight of challenged mental well-being. The Anxious Bird offers positive and effective strategies you can implement in your everyday life, in an endeavor to reduce mental fatigue, and restore your wings for flying into positive realms of recovery.
